Residential Commitment Form
CCC will always complete a site survey
before beginning an installation.
Due the rising cost in
transportation, we require a commitment to proceed with an installation
prior to making an appointment.
Installation will begin Immediately following a
successful site survey.
During an Installation appointment, if
the site
survey is unsuccessful a fee is not typically assessed.
Hardware and Monthly Fees are Subject to
Change Without Notice.
All Basic Hardware Packages include a
Grid Dish Style Antenna.
All Installations require power be
supplied to equipment by the consumer.

Long Range Radios are better
able to cut through interference factors that can only
be determined with a site survey.
Long Range Packages will be
billed at $60.00 over the Above Listed Pricing. |

CCC has begun to offer 900
MHz at select repeater sits. 900 MHz is a near
line of sight product. 900 MHz Packages will be
billed at $95.00 over the Above Listed Pricing. |

Smaller Panel Antennas are
still available in some locations. The Smaller
Panel Antenna is a special request item and
is available at a premium of
$20.00 over the Above Listed Price. Special
Requests for the Smaller Panel Antenna will be
honored when ever possible.
Request may also incur the Long Range Radio fee to
ensure High Quality Service.
Long Range Packages will be
billed at $60.00 over the Above Listed Pricing. |

Customers currently
subscribing to Dynamic IP packages can order a Global IP
for an additional monthly fee of $10.00
per IP address. Order
will include a one time $55.00 set up fee per IP
