Cherry Capital Connection has acquired Charlevoix Wireless!  By merging the two companies, a more stable and effective Internet service provider is achieved.  CCC is focused on delivering quality High Speed internet across our entire network.

We will continue over the next 30 to 60 days to evaluate existing infrastructure and making network management a priority. Current efforts are improving service overall.  CCC may still require a site visit to each location to make several software changes to assist and improve network management.

Support

Please help us welcome our new staff members!  Cherry Capital Connection has brought in additional office technical support and is seeking two (2) additional support personnel over the next 30-60 days.

Email

Please remember CCC now requires email that is hosted on outside domains to follow current industry standards for email, especially reverse DNS pointers for their mail servers and domains.  Please notify CCC if you experience any email failures or blocks.

Email users @charlevoixwireless.com: Final updates to the mail server will occur Wednesday, October 15, 2008.  Instructions for updating your Desktop programs are found at http://www.cherrycapitalconnection.com/ Email_access.htm.  You may begin accessing your email through our web based email.  The system may require up to two (2) log-in attempts after transfer and up to 10 minutes between each attempt.

New Services

Internet Telephone (VoIP) packages are almost here! CCC will be the first fulltime client on the Internet telephone service.  If we experience any issues at the 866-870-9970 or local 231-264-9970, our back up phone numbers include 231-590-5217 for after hours support and 734-929-2661 for customer service.

Packages and pricing will be available on our website and will be distributed separately.  All customers within the CCC network qualify for service.  Packages may require additional equipment to utilize existing analog phones.

On Demand Hotspot packages are available to our current monthly customers at the reduced rate of only $12 per month.  Access the internet throughout the CCC network with a usernames ending in @FP (FP = Fixed Point).  Current hotspot locations and directions for use are available at http:www.cherrycapitalconnection.com /Hotspots_locations.htm

Equipment

CCC will continue to offer over the phone support for CCC services, which include internet access, web hosting and email, and telephone (VoIP).  We continue to resolve network issues without fee.

Issues resolved by CCC technicians that are related to customer’s devices including failure, changes initiated by the customer, access to specific sites,  and computer specific issues will be billable.  This list is not comprehensive of all billable examples.  Support labor rates either on site or over the phone are currently set at $55 for the first half hour and $85 for each additional hour.  Replacement equipment costs will be billed at current market rates when repairing out of warranty or warranty excluded failures.

Cherry Capital Connection values your business and your time.  In consideration of how busy our lives have become, we offer automatically credit card processing for monthly fees.  Payment amount will be your monthly invoice in full.

All transactions will be processed on the 1^st or 1^st business day of the month.

Acceptance or Updates to automatically monthly billing by credit card will be accepted by returning this form to our office.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing and must include customer name.  Please allow up to 10 days for cancellations to be processed.
