Telephone (VoIP) packages will be available beginning June 2008. Cherry Capital Connection has developed a solution for telephone service needs. All customers within the CCC network qualify for service. Packages may require additional equipment to utilize existing analog phones.

With the current CCC network, we reach Thousands of Residents & Visitors in Over 13 counties. Ad packages are quoted by emailing sales@cccwifi.com. Package sizes will begin with a logo and 2 to 3 lines of text and a link to your website, all information must be provided by the customer. Packages will be billed quarterly and will offer region selection and placement options.
In the ongoing war against SPAM, Cherry Capital Connection has made several improves to our screening method for email. Changes include more stringent rules for senders masquerading as members of our network, as well as updates to our black and white lists.
Remember you can update your personal black and while lists after logging into the web mail!
Email changes have created a more efficient pathway to our current customers; while reducing unwanted, unsolicited email (SPAM). We will begin requiring email that is hosted on outside domains to follow current industry standards for email, especially reverse DNS pointers for their mail servers and domains. Please notify CCC if you experience any email failures or blocks.
To ensure personal email security, we encourage all customers to utilize a minimum of a 7 character alpha-numeric password. Each password should contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Passwords can be updated on the web. Visit the web mail login page for the “Change Your Password Here” link.
Support
CCC will continue to offer free over the phone support for CCC supplied services, which include internet access, web hosting and email, and telephone (VoIP). We continue to resolve network issues without fee.
Issues resolved by CCC technicians that are related to customer’s devices including failure, changes initiated by the customer such as attempting to move equipment or deleting settings, maintenance issues such as virus removal will be billed. This list is not comprehensive of all billable examples. Support labor rates are currently set at $55 for the first half hour and $85 for each additional hour.
CCC also offers annual and monthly support contract at reduced rates!
Equipment
We continue to encourage any customer with equipment more than a year old to move to Commercial grade hardware at a reduced rate. Equipment installed before Commercial grade standardization included only a 6 month warranty. Current commercial grade equipment now provides a 1 year warranty.
· Each warranty excludes electrical damage or tampering.
Replacement equipment costs will be billed at current market rates when repairing out of warranty or warranty excluded failures.
