Answers About Wireless:

• To acquire our service we will assess Line of Sight (LOS) to 1 of our repeater sites.

• This is completed with a Site Survey.

• A Successful Site Survey will proceed to an Install.

• An Unsuccessful Site Survey has no fee associated.

Answers About Installations:

• We often attach an antenna to the outside of the building to ensure good signal strength.

• We must enter the home in order to power the outside equipment

• Each installation includes 1 easy access drilling through an outside wall

• Multiple Computer and Private HotSpot Packages include an internal access point.

• Each installations includes a wired connection to a device within 10 feet of access point.

Answers About National Dial Up:

• Can used throughout the Continental United States, excluding Maine and Iowa.

• Can also be used in Hawaii.

• Works with any phone provider.

• No time restrictions.

Use of Service is acceptance of our acceptable use and service policies, as well as the terms listed here.

Answers About Invoicing:

• Invoices are typically dated the 1^st of each month.

• For service to be delivered from the 1^st through the end of the month.

• New services ordered throughout the month are dated according to date of delivery.

  • 1^st through 14^th is considered to be a full month billable.

  • 15^th through the end of the month is considered to be a half month billable.

• 6% sales tax is applied to any sale of hardware.

• Cherry Capital Connection, LLC currently accepts payment by check, Visa or MasterCard Only.

  • Annual Payments can only be accepted by check.

  • To set up an automated bill payment by credit card, fill out and return the authorization form.

     

Answers About Finance Charges or Additional Fees:

• Terms

• As a reminder to all customers, we have moved to a Net 15 payment schedule for monthly service

• Support labor and hardware invoices are due upon receipt.

• Finance Charges

• All invoices with a total under $100.00 not paid within 15 days will be assessed $5.00 per invoice.

• Each invoice with a total over $100.00 not paid within 15 days will be subject to a 15% late fee.

• Over-due Annual

• An annual invoice not paid within 30 days, may be charged monthly fees in addition to the annual fees.

• Delinquent Accounts

• If any account remains delinquent 60 days, service will be suspended pending full payment.

  • Any service suspended voluntarily or in-voluntarily will incur a $99 re-instatement fee.

  • Locations without current installation equipment may be assessed an upgrade equipment fee.

• Returned Payments

• All returned payments will be subject to a min. of a $20.00 fee.

Answers Regarding Cancellation or Suspension.

We regret to lose a customer for any reason; however if you choose to cancel your service please follow the steps below.

1. If you choose to cancel service or require a temporary suspension.

   1. Please contact Cherry Capital Connection in writing.

   2. Emails can be issued to billing@cherrycapitalconnection.com

2. We must receive

   1. the name of the account

   2. the service location address

   3. a contact phone number

   4. reason for service cancellation

3. Cherry Capital Connection, LLC will have at least 30 days to comply with any cancellation request.

4. Any service fee incurred to suspend or terminate service will be billed to the customer and will be due within 30 days.

5. All normal service fees incurred during termination period will be due within 15 days.
